Facebook login

Hi, I followed the instructions to set up login with facebook (https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bp-social-connect-integration-with-wplms/). However, when I try to login, I am receiving this error message (attached). Can anybody help me, pls?

This error is due to your app settings may not configured properly .Please check your app settings for this . Please check the redirect url section carefully  . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bp-social-connect-integration-with-wplms/

Hi Alex, I followed the steps and tried lots of different combinations. Now, when I chick the facebook button, the pop-up just disappears and nothing happens. Is it a log issues with BP social connect? Should I try a different plug-in (w.g. WP FB Autoconnect)? Thanks!

Well this is working fine at our demo and test sites. You can check .This can be the issue with your facebook app settings . Please read the error carefully it will guide you ins solving this direction . Try searching for the solution for the respective error .

Hi Alex, I am getting the same error too "Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains." I have followed the guide closely too

I have managed to figure. But, you need to update your documentation for Facebook - https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/bp-social-connect-integration-with-wplms/ On the facebook apps's under settings - Display name, Namespace, App domain and select platform, which is your website. The site URL and the Apps Domain has to be the same. The you have to activate and make this apps live. Then this apps will work.
