ok then read this post it will solve ur issue... Just check that images in pdf are not from cdn. there is no adblocker on users machinePlease, check if is the same problem. The image was uploaded on the wp-image directory. I appreciate your help. The format of the certificate is in A4 landscape, and when I try to print out as the attached image. I do not know which size should I use the background image pixel so that everything fits in A4 landscape. Besides not know if there is anything additional configuration. Alex tried to help me, but he says he has no problems and if I want landscape have to set the width and height. Except that I'm not getting. Yes, if I select the option landscape, according the wplms-cert-2-1.jpg, the result is that printing is on 3 pages instead of one. The portrait image was send to me by Alex (certificado-WPLMS-ALEX-2.png and certificado-WPLMS-ALEX-1.png). About the background, I have doubts whether the size in px affects the outcome and what would be the correct size for A4 landscape. Thanks a lot. Murillo
