h5p works in preview but not course

I have some h5p content that works fine from the preview link at the top of the back end. But when running the course the content is not visible.

This could be due to caching, please try after disable your caching.

I cleared the cache in the host's C-Panel and cleared my own cache.  Is this what you mean? This problem recurred with another unit that I added some H5P to.

The problem is due to cache try deactivating your cache plugin. Please keep disable your cache for logged in users.

I do not have a cache plug in installed now.  As I read prior forum threads I think you are advising to turn off the web host's cache and install W3 plug in and make the stated settings adjustments. Is this correct?

It seems like you have not see this tip " https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-h5p-addon/   Please install the wplms h5p addon and use the [wplms_h5p id="4"] shortcode instead of [h5p id="4"] .

First of all, I don't understand how I would be expected to have seen a particular tip in the knowledge base.  If this is the way the theme is supposed to work, it should be shown in the basic documentation that way. And it should work that way in the program itself. I was aware of the apparent difference in the format for shortcodes but only because I noted that the insert H5P function behaves differently depending whether one is authoring in the front end or back end. On my other uses of H5P in other units they seem to work both ways. So this is doubly perplexing. So here's what I see now. [wplms_h5p id=”22″ unit_id=”528″] If I use the long form of the short code and change the numbers to be correct for the H5P content and the unit number, I get an error: Cannot find H5P content with id: 0.
