Having a few problems

Hi I am having a few problems that are going to be explained in the next points: - The profile picture for some reason is not being uploaded from the profile - After updating the WPLMS plugin the dashboard turned white - Not all the elements can be found to be translated - The certificate section is not working well. I upload the certificate but it is not shown in the website
