January 26, 2017 at 10:00 am #92101jlgonzalezdiazParticipanthello, we have installed wplms in a spanish high school center, having both production (public) and lab (private) sites. In private site we are running under a well known hosting provider, 1and1 with php 5.6, unfortunately, public site depends on public services related to high school resources. I mean, public hosting is not under our control, we can not ask for PHP updating. The main problem now is that login popup located at header does not work in production. After asking for credentials and click on "login", redirects to home page without any effect. Other issues are related to page builder not saving pages, we found in production that using some shortcodes make problems when saving with page builder. Should be this behaviour be caused by PHP version used?. lab: http://virgendelapaz.webseoymas.com (private use, only for testing purpouses, after fixing the problems will be erased) Prod: http://ies.lapaz.alcobendas.educa.madrid.org/ Thank you so much for your support!.January 27, 2017 at 2:29 pm #92312H.K. IF there are any then please share a screenshot of it . MAke sure your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Try deactivating third party plugins . I would also ask you to contact your webhost and upgrade your php to atleaset 5.6 .January 31, 2017 at 5:43 pm #92976jlgonzalezdiazParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.January 31, 2017 at 5:58 pm #92979jlgonzalezdiazParticipantanother question: I can log in succesfully with usual wp-admin & wp-login but not with pop up: the problem is only at top right link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ydo0gqgjblt99er/Captura%20de%20pantalla%202017-01-31%2018.56.46.png?dl=0February 1, 2017 at 9:16 am #93053Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell it seems like from front end login your form is not posting to right url that should be http://your-site.com/wp-login.php . Please check your wordpress url and site url in your wp-admin->settings -> general . Second thing is you need to check if the bbpress login widget is working or not in your site ? Install and activate bbpress and then goto appearance -> widgets -> set the bbpress login widget in bbpress sidebar .Goto your-site/com/forums and you will see a login form there .check if you are able to login from there ?February 3, 2017 at 10:30 am #93531jlgonzalezdiazParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.February 3, 2017 at 1:35 pm #93577MrVibeKeymasterI am not sure what the issue could be here as I have not gone through the whole topic. We're releasing the 2.5.2 update tomorrow which has the ajax login feature. You can test it in our live demo site : http://themes.vibethemes.com/wplms/skins/default/ and let me know if that would resolve the issue you're facing. p.s : If you're registering or using forgot password, do not forget to check the spam folder as a lot of emails from live demo's land up in spam box.February 9, 2017 at 2:03 pm #94714jlgonzalezdiazParticipantHello,updatet to last version 2.5.2 and still facing the problem. Trying to identify the plugin or the mayor cause that is doing this extrange behaviour. Is there any way to put a link to login at top right, and disable ajax login popup? simply with that fix should be enough for us. How is possible to "hook" it? I mean, disable popup login and instead this ajax popup, put a simple link to login.February 10, 2017 at 3:15 pm #94934Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I tried with Hola vpn chrome extension but was not able to access your site but it was no success . :( We have used simple wordpress core function which bbpress also use which is site_url in the login form action parameter . Now the login form should work fine at your end . Please check if you have added some custom code for the site url or login foorm url in your wplms-customizer.php file in wplms customize plugin ?February 10, 2017 at 4:13 pm #94958jlgonzalezdiazParticipantHello, there are no custom code in wplms-customizer.php. I'm uploading again this file if there were any problem, or if something happened when updating. I have tested that when trying to log in the site with popup, the link that appears at address bar is: http://ies.lapaz.alcobendas.educa.madrid.org/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fies.lapaz.alcobendas.educa.madrid.org%2F%3Fredirect_to%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fies.lapaz.alcobendas.educa.madrid.org%252F Is like something is redirecting one and again...February 11, 2017 at 2:12 pm #95090Anshuman SahuKeymasterCan we do this by Teamviewer ? Maybe we can sync our timings and resolve this issue from teamviewer. Ping us on Facebook to get a suitable time when we both are online. Facebook : http://facebook.com/vibethemes p.s : Sunday's are off for support. :)
