Well we are using a common and a rather popular library TGMPA for automatic plugin installation and activation on activation of theme .

This library is using php code for curl .

The curl is actually related to php .so check your php version and which version of curl it is using .

You can try switching to older php version .Wplms supports php version 5.6 to 7.2 .

also check if your wordpress url and site url are same or not .

OR 

You would need to manually upload all the plugins one by one from ftp or cpanel -> file manager . and then activate them .

all required plugins are in wp-content/themes/wplms/plugins folder .

Pease i'm having similar problem right now. All plugins failed to install during installation, no course module and lots more, please kindly help to resolve, cos i have no much technical understanding of the Cpanel php setting from Cpanel.

Please create your own topic, if we need to check site we can ask your credentials. if I ask you credentials on someone's topic and if you share your credentials, they will get an email with your credentials. it is not good for the security reason.

if you want i can reset your website and then upload a fresh copy of wplms. if your site is new and there is no important data then confirm. also, let me know the demo name, you want to be installed on your website. share ftp credentials in a private reply. i will need that. waiting for a quick response. Please create your own topic , it is considered impolite when you start replying on other's support topic. if we need to check your site we can ask you credentials. if i ask you credentials on someone's topic and if you share your credentials , they will get an email with your credentials. it is not good for security reason. also share some screenshots for better and fast support.
