April 21, 2020 at 5:01 pm #253291emismSpectatorHello, I want to know if I can create a direct access (link) to the Instructors Directory with certain searchable field preselected....for example: If I have custom search field with Value1 and Value2, create a link that if clicked shows a list of instructors with Value1 in searchable field. If this needs some php-ajax programming, I can do it, but need some information about the location of the script and parameters, etc,.... Thank youApril 22, 2020 at 11:38 am #253452emismSpectator....guessing I could use some parameters of the [wplms_appointments_directory] shortcode, but I can't find any documentation about it.... Is there any doc about it?April 23, 2020 at 10:28 am #253745DianaParticipant@emism, Please check this doc: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/introduction-to-wplms-appointments/ Everything is mentioned here, a screen recording as well: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cq63X0u5JvApril 23, 2020 at 4:11 pm #253860emismSpectatorHello, Thank you for your answer, I had already seen all this doc. I've seen that documentation and view all the vídeos, but I haven't seen the answer to my question. At the doc talks about the shortcode [wplms_appointments_directory], but in nowhere of all the doc I've seen if this shortcode has options of some way of show a filtered listing of Instructions (without using the search filters). I want to access from home page directly to a instructors of certain type....the idea is to use something like [wplms_appointments appointments_directory searchable_field="value"] So, has this shortcode options/params? Is there any other way to do it? Thank youApril 23, 2020 at 4:27 pm #253861emismSpectatorOkey, I've found at the end of LMS/Configuration/Appointments/Help/Developer Guide... At the last section Shortcode Available ...last line, it says that the shortcode has this parameters... [wplms_appointments_directory type='instructor_booking',status='open',primary_id='',notify_users='',appointments_title='',appointments_subtitle='',welcome_message='',user_id='',class=''] ...I guess the "type" parameter is something related to what I am looking for.... Any doc about this parameters??? Thank youApril 24, 2020 at 10:16 am #254053DianaParticipant@emism, These parameters are passed to the shortcode when you want the filtered results from all the results. All other parameters value can be added by user but there are two parameters which are fixed by default Status = 'open' type = 'instructor_booking'. These can't be changed. Even if you will not pass these parameters in the directory shortcode the value will be passed automatically Your custom fields, you can't pass in the shortcode as a parameter I hope I am clearApril 24, 2020 at 11:23 am #254082emismSpectatorYes, clear. I can't use the shortcode to build a page that shows me only the instructors with a certain value of a searchable field. So back again to my initial question. Is there any other way to achieve this? When _I use the search form to filter the results, which script is being called and what are the params? Can I build this query in my own way to build a link or a page that directly shows the instructors of a certain searchable field value? Thank you!April 27, 2020 at 12:48 pm #254756DianaParticipant@emism, These are the parameters you can pass in the directory shortcode. Some of the attributes are default ones and in some attributes, you can pass your own value and the results will be visible according to that refer: https://prnt.sc/s6r4ix For passing the custom fields create a feature request in our forum. If you will get upvotes we will add the feature
