How instructor start the bigbluebutton meeting

Hi there I have question about the starting a live class/meeting with bbb Instructor could add a meeting for a live class, now here is my question. how instructor could start the meeting? Instructors should start the meeting directly from bbb site or they have option to start meeting from WPLMS Wordpress website? I read your documentation but I didn't find my answer. Please explain me with details. Thanks.

in your profile there is a meeting menu so go forward you ll see the button join meeting
