How to modify Login Screen?

Hi, I want to change the default login screen and use only Phone Authentication for login. I know Profile Fields can be changed in settings > profile fields. But from where would I change the account details. Please note that I am already using Auth Phone plugin. No where did you mention in the video, how to modify the login screen. The video explains the registration form. Even though this topic subject is "modify login screen".   I want only phone authentication on login screen and nothing else. Please help me solve this problem.
