April 8, 2021 at 10:56 pm #351454gabrielcapiSpectatorHello, I want to download my certificates as pdf or print them but the buttons don't have a link to do something: https://prnt.sc/117oa2r This is my certificate: certificate I tried to add this ADD ON, but I couldn't install it: https://prnt.sc/117o94h Thanks for your help.April 9, 2021 at 11:18 am #351535VeronicaModeratorhi for that make sure that you have activated the wplms pdf certificate plugin here are the tips regarding the PDF Certificate plugin refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/pdf-certificates/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificates-update-1-3/ make sure you have enabled all the latest versions of plugins and themes on your site. it’s all the adjustments that you have did on your certificate. let me clear the steps for pdf certificate 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate this is how it will workApril 11, 2021 at 6:49 pm #351791gabrielcapiSpectatorThank you for your answer, but the problem is that I couldn't download the plugin because the website is showing me an authentication error with envato.April 12, 2021 at 5:20 am #351852VeronicaModeratorhi please try this link https://docs.wplms.io/extensions-and-addons/extended-addons/wplms-pdf-certificatesApril 14, 2021 at 8:11 pm #352471gabrielcapiSpectatorHi, thank you Veronica, I could installed with that link. Unfortunately that plugin is not solving my problem, the print, download as pdf and image buttons are not working, they don't do anything: certificate demo - The plugin is too hard to use, is not flexible if you want to do some change it doesn't respect the changes and only take the settings of each element as you did at first, and in the "render" of the certificate, it looks totally different: image This is the same certificate I want to replicate but in html in version 3: certificate original Is there a way to show the certificates as I have them in HTML with the buttons to download it working? Thank you very much.April 15, 2021 at 8:38 am #352573VeronicaModeratorhi this is not that much difficult all you need to take care about the alignment of the elements and enable only PDF certificate in LMS>>settings section as the normal editor is very old we don't recommend that we also don't use that as we have developed the PDF certificate to minimize the issues and restriction in the normal certificateApril 19, 2021 at 9:52 pm #353457gabrielcapiSpectatorHi @Veronica, thanks for the advice. I enabled only PDF certificate, but my design with the plugin is so different than the result: This is the certificate Using the plugin tool: Plugin design Pdf: This is how the pdf looks I can't do any change to my design because it doesn't keep my changes.April 20, 2021 at 8:35 am #353561VeronicaModeratorhi I have tried to check on your site but unable to find the certificate template here http://prntscr.com/11qr967 please give me the exact template name and also give me the permission to create new oneApril 20, 2021 at 3:18 pm #353620gabrielcapiSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.April 21, 2021 at 1:51 pm #353771VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.April 21, 2021 at 9:33 pm #353822gabrielcapiSpectatorOk,I deleted that content but now I don't see anything, I had some texts and images with the plugin: certificate link Yes, please if you need to do some changes go ahead, thank you (:April 22, 2021 at 7:21 am #353882VeronicaModeratorchecking on your siteApril 22, 2021 at 9:31 am #353917VeronicaModeratorThis reply has been marked as private.April 22, 2021 at 3:49 pm #354010gabrielcapiSpectatorHello @Veronica, thank you very much, the video is clear so I understand now how to use it, let me try and I will tell you if everything is fine.April 23, 2021 at 6:53 am #354089VeronicaModeratorhi good to know this video helps you to understand the process it will be great if you check these tips: here are the tips regarding the PDF Certificate plugin refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/pdf-certificates/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificates-update-1-3/
