hi this one is due to jatpack https://ibb.co/m4TX6vQ and for profiles you need to re-upload the default avatar it will fix that issue

hi as i have mentioned in my above reply that the image issue is not related us try to deactivate the jetpack plugin and then check

I already disabled the plugin and it remains the same.~ I can't even upload new images to replace the old ones.

the thing is it's not about any specific image most of them are the same: http://prntscr.com/1zabngu as this is not related to the theme so we can't say exactly which is conflicting here try to deactivate all your third party plugins
