Insert Short code is not working

Hello, Dude We are getting opened home page on Insert Short code Pop in Admin Area, Please help me to resolve it, Issue :- If we are trying to insert some short code of vibe theme like icon then it opened a pop up box for inserting icon, But in the pop up instead of options for inserting icon to the content it opened HOME page in that. We are unable to insert any Vibetheme shortcode in our content, Otherwise other shortcode like layered slider is working fine. So please let me know what is the possible reason for that and how to resolve it.

This is weird, I am not sure what may be causing this issue on your website. So please make sure your theme and plugins are updated to the latest versions, and also try deactivating the third party plugins. If the above doesn't help and still facing the issue, then please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue at your end.

Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your site and found out it is showing a 403 error. The exact same issue was with this user: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/shortcode-popup-is-blank-in-back-end-editor/ I have also mentioned this in this topic that this error is shown only when the file is not accessible from the server. The same file popup.php is not accessible on your website so please check the folder and file permission.
