Instructor access to BBB

I need WPLMS to let instructors set up their own classes in front end. Then I shall use BigBlueButton for their classes. It might be ok if an admin establishes a meeting room, or maybe a number of meeting rooms for each instructor. It would be too time-consuming if an admin would have to set up every new class or appointment for each instructor. I primarily would like the instructors to set up, edit and delete their meetings rooms  themselves in the front end. I guess I don't need much of the functionality in WPLMS for doing this, but it could come handy at a later stage. I feel somewhat lost, how to accomplish this task. Could you please help me with some advice on how to start? It seems that all the videos aim at setting up a full-scale e-learning site, which is off-topic in my case.

YEs instructor can create meetings with bbb addon . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-bbb-addon/ meeting button shows up in wordpress editor in front end course creation .

I also have the problem, but I cannot see the bbb button in course creation page in front end. Please can you attach photo or steps to guide me through setting bbb button in front end? Or there is any wrong functioning in my bbb addon?

Add both the plugins bigbluebutton and wplms bbb addon and follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-bbb-addon/ When you edit your course you will found a meeting button, click on this button to create a meeting. Refer : http://prntscr.com/kti3g7 After this click on add meeting and set meeting date and time and also set the duration of meeting as shown in screenshot. Refer : http://prntscr.com/kti4ax

But can instructor use the meeting button without accessing to the backend?

All meetings does show up in instrcutor's profile .Just check if instrcutor fills up the user visibility criteria or not? I guess you are right if you select course student instructor might not able to see it . Need to add this fix in wplms bbb addon .

Hi @Alex I experienced the same problem when the instructor selects a meeting for a particular session or a group that does not appear in the front end button to enter the meeting or shows the remaining time Knowing that it shows students Is there a solution?

Hi there are no such issues reported by any user niether we faced the same. There are something wrong with your existing meetings . Please create your meetings properly using this tip and check if this happens in new meetings also : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-bbb-addon/
