is author can upload video to Vimeo itself like WPLMS3 plugin VideoVibe on WPLMS4?
Yes, the video is directly uploaded from WPLMS to Vimeo, no need for instructor to login to vimeo and upload video.

but there is no Vimeo library for upload on frontend like you say.
I have same problem too. With VideoVibe installed I don't see upload to Vimeo in frontend. Vimeo is connected and working fine from backend.
Actually upload doesn't work, nothing happened when click on plus icon and select file.
Please add the Vimeo unit type for this.
