Now you can directly change the course slug from the wp-admin->settings->permalinks->course permalniks base, refer:

I've got some error if i change the course permanenlink.
The feature image dissapear and location of : home, curriculum, members, etc... are vertical and not horizontal.

I also checked your site the issue is that you have set the same slug for course and all courses, slugs should never be same. So I changed your course slug and it fixed your issue.
