Issues with Guest User Chat

Hi, I noticed two issues with Guest User chat. I.  a.) Let's day 5 Guest Users i.e. Non-logged Users chats with a Chat Agent. (I have tested with both options, i.e, Users chat with name and email and User chat without giving name and email ) b.) After the chat sessions are over, they are still shown in Members directory. https://prnt.sc/l9c37c c.) This is bad practice. Because, imagine a site which has hundreds of Non-logged users chatting with Chat Agents. This would mean endless scrolling when you check the members directory. II. a.) Let's day 5 Guest users are chatting with a Chat Agent. b.) When the Chat Agents clicks the top chat bubble icon on top, he sees messages; but, all messages are shown as 'Others'. https://prnt.sc/l9cbrm This will make replying difficult for Chat agents.
