Mailchimp plugin unable to sync groups

  Hi, I have the same problem that is described at https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/mailchimp-plugin-unable-to-sync-groups/ In that topic you say it is a 502 error. I also have hundreds of users, I do not know if it will be the same thing. Please, I need to confirm that this is what happens. I bought the plugin yesterday, and the problem described already takes more than 2 months.   thk!
