"Manage Unit" – from within course status (for Admin)

Hi there... A while back I was working on a different project and as the course instructor I was able to go through the course (within the course staus) and when I was on a unit that I wanted to edit, there was  a link at the bottom that allowed me to go and directly edit that unit. How can I turn that on for the project that I am currently doing?
