Well we are currently working to make the theme caching plugins compatible . This feature will be available in 2.1.1 version . Tentative release time for version 2.2 would be by the end of this month . 2. Well as of now teacher cannot create variable product from front end .You have to provide teacher access back end and create products also . Yep you can enable the Offline switch if you do not want the course to be pursued online .You can also enable features like show progress on home page hide course button after subscription . refer : http://prntscr.com/bqq9hx 3.
