I am assuming that all the plugins you've installed are "required" plugins for your site. I have checked your site and a lot of plugins used by you are resource intensive.
Referring to Query monitor stats, the theme and its plugins are not consuming any memory, the first instance appears at 48th number out of 186 queries on home page.
At this point it would be better to focus on improving speed by optimizing server performance.

I will read the Cache Plugin article and get back to you by tomorrow.
In the meantime can you tell us which are the plugins which are resource intensive.
Please use the query monitor plugin to find the resource intensive plugin .
A very Happy New Year to you and your team.
We are working with Query monitor plugin for the first time. Hence request you to please let us know which is the resource intensive plugin on our site.
Also we have used masonry grid layout in multiple themes before (all themes purchased from Themeforest) and the grid works perfectly without a delay. We have never faced any delay of any kind before.
The previous theme we used for our site had a masonry grid layout. We used it for our blog post. We did not face any kind of delay. In fact all the plugins activated are the same as before. The only change which was made was the WPLMS theme and its plugins installed and activated. Hence we are a bit puzzled with the delay in the masonry layout.
Please help us to resolve this issue asap. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank You.
I did not find any considerable delay in your masonry layout .

Please try contacting the visual composer plugin for this .
If you see the video you created, from time 0:6 to time 0:11 there is a delay in the grid loading. The page is completely blank.
We have contacted the VC plugin also. Take a look - http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?page=543&filter=all#comment_11964527/.
Would appreciate if you could also assist us in this matter.
As this is generated by the visual composer plugin and wplms theme does not have any custom action in this feature please check for the visual composer reply on this .
