Meeting Rooms for Appoinment Bookings

Hi Guys, It seems that BBB server is down as we can't create the demo account. Whats the alternate you have? ALso, in wp dashboard, it shows that Meeting Rooms are coming soon? is it not developed yet? We want to integrate with a meeting/conference room where we can share the whiteboard, chat messages with students. Let me know how will we achieve this functionality using WPLMS plugin.   Thanks

@eclassopedia Can you please confirm first, which addon you are using? wplms bbb, vibe zoom , wplms appointments? Because in wplms appointments, we are not featuring any option to create a demo account on BBB server. Either you have to purchase conferencing minutes or you can setup BBB on your own server

We want to use Wplms Appointment, how will we conduct the session/conference then? What are the options we have with Wplms appointment?
