This is a big issue for us. Pls help.
We need some time means couple of days or can be weeks? We paid for the plug in, the support and everything... and we are now in the middle of a big issue.

We were trying to fix this issue today and we were following their documentation for updating the user, but unfortunately its not working.

The method described by them for updating the user is not working and this is why it may take time to fix this. We have also contacted the mailchimp on this issue.
