members-directory issue

Cannot view some member profiles on members-directory page. I have tried to added this code: add_filter('vibebp_members_directory_args',function($args){$args['firstLoad']='card';return $args}); in the wp-admin>>plugins>>plugin editor>>select wplms-customizer plugin and select wplms-customizer.php but still not working. could you help check it for me?
