New Custom Navigation Link for Course Not Displaying v3.2.1

Hi there Have installed Custom Navigation Content Plugin on v3.2.1 setup. Have added new Custom Course Section called 'Test' Saved Permalinks Gone to course added content. But 'Test' link does not display on Menu when visiting Course, nor does it show under LMS > Settings > Course Menu. I believe since v3 that this plugin is meant to automatically add new sections that are created without having to add the custom code to whichever file people were previously doing. Am I missing a step?

Update. I have updated site to latest version 3.3 and still cannot add any items to the Course Menu that sits horizontally on the course page. The steps showing in https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-course-custom-nav-plugin/ work only as far as creating the new content area in the course, but no button shows on the menu. Manually entering the new slug at end of course url brings up the content, but I believe I am missing something with regards to the button showing up automatically.

Never mind. Was using the demo1 content and I think it was missing something. I don't have the smarts to work it out, except to know it was a pain the ass that it didnt work. Have rebuilt from scratch without problems.
