no option to add bulk members

Hi! The option of "add bulk members" uploading csv file (and create user if not exists) is not appearing in any of my old and new groups/batches. It only shows add one member. It always worked. :\ I am using the version Versão 2.2 of batch pluggin. Thanks Ana
