Course status cover image not works forget password

hello sir ,,

i am not getting mail when i check on forget password please help to slove me this , and couse status on working guide me i try everything than also not working …and also nobody can change cover image ..

For emails: Please check whether you have the email template(reset password) in wp-admin > Emails > All Emails or not

For not changing cover image: What happens when you try to change the cover image

Course Admin and custom areas were not opening because the permalinks were incorrectly setup : http://prntscr.com/jtaug0

Course status is now working, make sure you add curriculum in the course.
