February 4, 2016 at 9:22 am #25219webreseauSpectatorHi there, i've posted an issue on your comments page on themeforest. I've got an answer to check what's happened. But problem still here :( http://themeforest.net/item/wplms-learning-management-system/6780226/comments?page=277&filter=all#comment_12248063 Here you can check out. Thank you for your help.February 4, 2016 at 2:36 pm #25370MrVibeKeymasterOk, it is not clear which email is not working. a. User Registers on Site : Registration mail sent b. Order confirmation mail : Sent when user purchases a course c. USer clicks start Course : Sent if you;ve enabled email for the touch point "start course" in lms -settings If none of the emails are working then the issue might be in your web hosts mail server. You can check this by installing the WP Mandrill plugin (by Mailchimp) which would force route all the emails sent by your server though its own servers a. Create an account here : mandrillapp.com b. Confirm account and login to mandrillapp.com c. Go to settings and generate an API key d. Login to your wordpress site and install the WP MAndrill plugin form plugins section. e. Next configure the plugin form WP Admin - Settings section and add the API key you got from step c. f. done. Now test the emails and see if you're receiving them. Please clarify.February 5, 2016 at 7:43 am #25599webreseauSpectatorHi there, It's exactly none of the emails are working ONLY student email. All admin notification doesn't work except notification for student (like you are register, your order is confirmed, ...). So i think issue doesn't come from web hosts mail server ? Thanks again and sorry for my englishFebruary 8, 2016 at 2:04 pm #26515Anshuman SahuKeymasterOkay please check the following : 1. Check if the touch point is enabled from wp-admin -> Lms -> settings -> email . 2. Check if instrcutor or admin have the email notification enabled from theur personal settings from their profile -> settings -> email . refer : http://prntscr.com/a0k9e6 3. Please also check if the instructor email is valid or not .Try sending a test mail . If above pointers do not helps then please share admin credentials and site url to check this at your end .February 10, 2016 at 9:49 am #27117webreseauSpectatorHi there, Thanks for your answer. I've seen i didn't update WPLMS on my website. Then now i see your options. I will come back to you if that works. But another thing. After updating, i see i can't add a course in my cart. Because i add some option to a course product (variable product) but when i click on add to cart i've got an error who say to choose an option. As you can see on this link : http://dgexpert.fr/produit/formation-iata/ What can i do? Thank you!February 12, 2016 at 7:43 am #27796Anshuman SahuKeymaster
