Number Of Quiz Retakes Not Working

I have the quiz set to allow the user only 2 times to retake the test but it's not working.  The student can keep on retaking the test over and over.

I really need to figure out what is wrong with the code/setup.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Firstly you have created the topic in the issue log forum, this is not our support forum and therefore we do not check these forum on a daily basis. So please create topics only in the support forums, refer: http://prntscr.com/hquznz I am moving this topic to how-to support forum. ------------- The quiz retake is unlimited only for the instructor of that quiz or the website admin, but the students cannot retake the quiz unlimited times. Please make sure that you are checking this as a normal student user only. If this is not the case then I'll have to check the issue on your website, so please share the quiz url with the issue and the admin credentials to check it and also a student user credentials to replicate the issue on your website.
