PDF certificates are generated with a black stripe

Folowing the discussion on this thread, someone on your team suggested that I create my own topic for security reasons. As described in that thread, we can only create certificates of size 715 x 564 px, otherwise PDFs and JPGs are generated with a black stripe on the right, which increases in the same proportion as the width of the certificate. We'd like to be able to create a horizontal A4-size certificate that takes up the entire area of the PDF, without the black area. What can I do?

hi,

you are using the classic editor for this, not the pdf certificate so please use pdf builder to build the certificate.

please make you have enable the mandatory setting for pdf certificate. follow the tips:

make sure you have enabled all the latest versions of plugins and themes on your site.

it's all the adjustments that you have did on your certificate.

let me clear

the steps for pdf certificate

1. select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly
2. drag and drop the element according to your design
3. choose the alignment of the text there
4. and after that click on the EDIT TEXT
5. after that click save option
6. now check it pdf and after assign to user
