Problem Generate Structure

Hello, I have followed the steps of the video tutorial step by step and I have configured everything as indicated by the video, but when it comes to generating the database structure it stays there forever running on the web and in the database it is not created I have tried the structure in several occasions with our projects and database and there is no way.   Thank you.
