    Hello, I have some problems with certificates.
    1. The student can't download the certificate.

    2. The student can't see the pdf

    3. When the student try to print the certificate, the signature dissapears.

    Can you help me? Thanks!

    Hi, If you have not make a certificate template, please make one. Refer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl-SUlFngoA If you have already a certificate template then go to  wp-admin>lms>certificate template and show "Enable print and pdf" botton and set the height and width of certificate.     Ok it was found to be an issue with the certificate script that we are using and photon feature of jectpack that serves images from cdn . The script that we are using in certificates does not renders images from Cdn . therefore I deactivated it and it works fine now http://prntscr.com/ivowwn

    Hi, but the user gonpascual still have the problem and other real users. Also, it appears the pdf option but when I try to download the screen appears empty. Thanks!

    @marielcerra, your vibe course module plugin is outdated. That's why this issue is appearing. Make sure your plugins and theme are up to date. Refer this to auto-updating wplms: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/

    I update the theme and the plugins and I have the same issue in the user gonpascual. I assign a new certificate to gonpascual The pdf doesn´t appears in the screen. The name of the course doesn't appear. I need to fix this What can I do? Thanks!
