Question tab not working

I have the DW Qand A plugin working in tandem with WPLMS. I can see the Questions tab in the course, but it does not work as expected Please see the screenshot here : https://prnt.sc/o9ry12 Is there a setting I am missing or messed up? Please help.

Hey, Please make sure you have the latest version of wplms and theme which is 3.9.4. also, check your Wordpress version should be of 5.2+ version. then upload this plugin for dwqa: https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/wplms-dwqa.zip then follow this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/using-dwqa-with-wplms/

Hi, WPLMS is version 3.9.4 DW Question Answer is version 1.5.6 WPLMS DW Q&A Add-On is version 1.3 But it is still not working as expected.

Hello, elaborate more about your issue a video would be helpful i guess.

This could be a third party plugin which is causing code conflicts.

1. Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins.
2. Delete browsers cache especially cache plugin.
3. Re-save permalinks.

then check it should work If it does not work then let me know.
