Quiz results always wrong + Unable to hide them

Quiz results always wrong: (I added 1 mark to each question + quiz auto evaluate + course auto evaluate + passing score 1 + answering 3 questions correct)

I tried to de-activate all (auto course evaluate +  quiz auto evaluate + no marks and passing score) to not see the result at all but it till showing FAILED (instead of nothing or under evaluation). (images)

Any advise pls?

note that the changes in quiz does not reflect if you have started the quiz, in order for the changes to reflect please set retakes in the quiz and submit and then retake the quiz.

I did that. I set retakes the quiz and submit it evreytime I change something. 

I need answer for the following 2 quetions, please: 

1- When I marks the questions (1 per question). Why results were showing wrong?

2- When I deactivate (Course auto evaluation mode + Auto evaluate results + marks), and set retakes the quiz, Why I still see failed msg?

1 . this should not happen if your marked question right it should show it as correct and assign marks t you . 

2 . when you deactivate " Auto evaluate results " then quiz does not evaluated and you have used quiz passing score feature which needs quiz to be auto evaluated .
