8. Unfortunately we wont be able to help in this as we really don't know where is this coming from (it is not coming from theme).You have to check this where it is coming from .

This is not a bug after all .We are not able to replicate the issue and also not any of the user has reported this ever on the support forums .That was just for one user in your site i added a test student alex_wplms_support to check if it is working or not and also shared a video showing it is working fine .You can simply create a topic if you face this issue again .

14 . Please check the from name and email in your wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> emails .
Please also check your site email from wp-admin -> settings -> general .

11. If it's to a bug after all why I can't add the user mentioned before "student"? Can you fix that, please? We need to add that student too! Could you check the why we can't add the user "student"?

I also tried to find that css but was not able to detect from where it is coming from .
11. this is not a bug .We have never faced such issue before so does other users .
As i expected that there is meta set in your user's meta which we detect to check of the user is added to the course while making search fro the users.
Now maybe this garbage data is appearing due to you may have imported the data into tables .
I will change the query on your site so that it will not check if the user is already added to course.It will search all the members of site so that you can add anyone you want to irrespective of the garbage data .
Also we will change the search query for adding students to fix this issue in the next update of wplms .

11. Could you help us add the username "student" and fix the issue? Can you make the theme work on the regular circumstances previous mentioned, as we will be having to keep cancelling bank transfers and keep those students purchasing again via Paypal?

11. Well for bank transfer orders you just complete the order for the user manually from back end .Completion of the student's order manually will also give access to that user in the course .
You do not have to add them manually .
You issue is site specific and we were never able to replicate the issue and also no user has reported the same ever .
I guess this appeared due to your staging sites .I recall that you have pushed many data form your staging site to your live one .
That may be the point when there has been some garbage values(possibly wrong usermeta) for the user ids .
You can always first try to add the students manually from course if they are not appearing in search then you can also add them by manually creating an order form back end for the user .
