Dear Friend, Please deactivate all 3rd party plugins in your website. And make sure your all plugins and also theme is updated. we are running at theme version 3.8 and you are using 3.5. and some of your installed plugins are of version 3.8 supported. it might cause a conflict. please make sure everything is updated. then let me know if the issue occur. I got the page editor sorted out. Thank you! With regard to updating the theme, I have watched the tutorial video, but there is no option to update my 3.5 version. I have updated my API key just to be sure. http://prntscr.com/lvdc8d http://prntscr.com/lvdddq What am I missing?

Hello there Well the old enavato api which we were using for updates in wplms 3.6 or below are deprecated now .Therefore if your theme version is 3.6 or below then refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ (manually update theme) if 3.7 then refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ (check the new updates video  ) This will happen for this time only from next time you need to follow the new video for auto update .
