September 14, 2020 at 10:52 am #310304riczamSpectatorHi, I have installed the code in page https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/reset-course-on-finish/ nevertheless, nothing happens. I wonder if this code from 2015 is still valid or needs an update. Thanks RicardoSeptember 16, 2020 at 2:25 am #311206JacksonBlockedHello, CAn you tell me which WPLMS version you are using, Also share admin credentials in private reply, Thanks,September 16, 2020 at 3:37 pm #311470riczamSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.September 17, 2020 at 7:29 am #311624DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.September 17, 2020 at 1:55 pm #311746riczamSpectatorHi Diana, Thanks for your time. To reset users or delete them individually is clear. What I am looking for is the way to reset the whole course. It implies all the users in bulk with all their data. I want to avoid to reset 90 users one by one or duplicate a course leaving all their data there. That is why I thought the code I found to "Reset course on finish" could work. Is this possible? Thanks RicardoSeptember 18, 2020 at 8:05 am #311936DianaParticipantFor this there is a setting in the wplms->course manager->finish course access, set it to yes, refer: http://prntscr.com/du497t Then the user will be able to click on finish course button and can still go to course status page and see the course. But this will not update the course progress when they access the course again after completingSeptember 18, 2020 at 8:59 am #311965riczamSpectatorHi Diana, This solution wouldn't apply. What I need is to reset not one student but all of them in bulk. This is because students attend on waves, and I have to set the same course again and again for collectives of 96 people. That is why reset manually would be a pain and leaving the user the option will be unsure. Best regards RicardoSeptember 19, 2020 at 12:21 pm #312312DianaParticipantSorry, this is not available in wplms, there is no such function to bulk reset the course. I found this very old article, you can try it once if it works or not https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/reset-course-on-finish/ This will reset the course after the course is finished. This way you can change the status to course finish and give marks and then it will be reset automatically.September 21, 2020 at 10:35 am #312717riczamSpectatorHi Diana, I have installed the code, but nothing seems to happen. Could you find out if can be updated? Another option is that I am using it in the wrong way. Regards RicardoSeptember 23, 2020 at 4:00 pm #313372Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell we are getting this while accessing your site : https://prnt.sc/umk660September 23, 2020 at 5:04 pm #313388riczamSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.September 24, 2020 at 2:49 pm #313733Anshuman SahuKeymasterCode is working absolutely fine : http://somup.com/cYQZ2dXSQxSeptember 25, 2020 at 8:56 am #313892riczamSpectatorHi Alex, Then I am afraid I misunderstood the functionality of the code. Please confirm if what it does is to reset automatically for "THAT" user the course and letting him/hem do it again. Is it that? I am looking for a way to reset the records for "ALL" students after I close the course. Is it possible? Regards RicardoSeptember 26, 2020 at 8:30 am #314149DianaParticipantAs you can see in the above recording which is shared by @alex that when he finished the course. The course is showing "start course" instead of under evaluation or finished course
