Same set of question appears for the first time

Hi, We have 1000+ questions and 100+ quizzes. We are facing this issue that whenever a student starts a new course and takes the quiz same old set of question appears for the first time for them and upon Quiz Re-Take it loads the correct set of questions. This has been reported multiple times by multiple students. We have checked your guide about creating the questions and quiz and it is exactly that way and also we have NOT enabled the Dynamic quiz for any quiz/quizzes. We are creating the questions and quizzes from the backend admin/instructor panel and it happens for both. Please check and advise a fix

Please try deactivating the third party plugin in your site and make sure that the wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest versions. Please also check if this issue appears with the instructor or admin . Please share the url of the quiz and also admin credentials ato check the issue at your end . PS: mark reply as private while sharing the credentials.

Can you please confirm if the questions are of the same quiz which are appearing on every student's page. If yes the issue might be of server caching. Try clearing server cache and check if this helps.
