Several Customization Issues

Hello Customer Support: I have the following customization questions that need some answers.

For issue #2, Select Files button does not work only on Microsoft Edge browser but works fine in Firefox and Chrome.

@z14165899 To translate the profile menu use Loco translate plugin and search in vibe custom types plugin. Then translate the string For Course Menu -> translate vibe course module plugin For Logged In menu: http://prntscr.com/otidpc Remove the menu and then add again after saving. From here you can change the label of the menu Select File not working in microsoft edge browsers Make sure you have everything updated on your site. Can you please share a screenshot of the console error of your site when you click on the icon to add the URL

Hello Diana: Is that possible to use WPML plugin to customize all menus mentioned above? I think that WPML is a complete solution for site translation from frontend to backend, and I have a lifetime account with them. I opened the console of Microsoft Edge and clicked on the Select File icon, there is nothing show up on the console. Here is the screenshot https://prnt.sc/otouvq I think that you have my site credential, so you can test this by yourself using Microsoft Edge. You have not answered my questions: 1. What is the difference between Create your own Course and Upload course Package? It seems like they all lead to the same course creation page. 2. Well wpml is for multilingual language when you want to make your site available in two or more different languages . In this you would need to create a copy of each unit, question, quiz , course for each language .   Please use this tip to translate the menu labels : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-loco-translate-plugin/   We will check the issue with select files in front end upload .I do not have edge browser right now . And im sorry we cannot remove this wordpress media uploader as this is hardcoded in the plugin files . https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/course-templates/#upload_course

Hello Alex: Thank you for your help. I recently purchased and started to use your Live Chat Addon, but I face several issues here. Please take a look at the following images:

1. I want to remove the Chat tab from profile menu because the chat icon can be shown on the bottom left corner http://prntscr.com/otv4sk
2. The entire chat window disappears after clicking on the pin button http://prntscr.com/otv5ze
3. I do not know how the Tour tab works in WPLMS theme http://prntscr.com/otv9c0
