Some activity shown twice

Hello, I observed, that in connection with Custom Learning Paths some activity is shown twice in activity: https://prnt.sc/mkheo8 (CLP has just 1 step) or https://prnt.sc/mkhf18 (CLP with 1 step finished and then after that retake course is appearing twice.   Thanks

2) Additionally I observed, that these actions appearing twice are marked as "unregistered actions": https://prnt.sc/mkhhdi What does this mean? Is there a language string missing?   Thanks

Hi, Is that this issue occure for every student or particular student?? Also give us some  steps  which you have taken for this issue occure.

I was able to replicate this with another student account: https://prnt.sc/mkypvc My setup: 1 Testcourse with 3 units (mark each unit as complete, trigger auto finish course) 1 Learning path with 1 step

• Enroll in Learning path

• Click through course -> course is finished

• Learning path is finished

-> Activity shown twice
