Issue with radio button in a form created using metform plugin in elementor

We have created a form having 28 questions and options as radio buttons with Metform and Basic elements in Elementor. The text editor is taken from Basic and Radio is taken from Metform. But while answering the questions, individual responses of prior question's are not stored while moving onto the next one. If we answer question 1 and move on to check option in the 2nd question, the first question check mark is lost. This is happening for all the questions, which implies that of 28 questions, only 1 question response is recorded after submission. Please help us resolve the issue.

Ok I checked this up and found this is not at all related to theme or any of its plugin , its just a simple page with elementor and a third party form plugin you are using . You need to contact the form plugin or elementor plugin support or author for this . Im sorry this is not related to theme support .
