December 16, 2015 at 3:31 pm #14209MMMTrainingSpectatorThe latest update to WPLMS allowed me to once again click "Start Course" on a Course Page to access a course. However, when clicking "Start Course" on the start course page, once you've accessed the course, it just spins then stops without loading the first unit. I also cannot click on a unit to start it. Course Catalog: When accessing the course catalog or "All Courses" page, the links for "All Courses", "My Courses" and "Instructing Courses" do not work. Similarly, I cannot page through the "All Courses Page". Lastly, a few of my courses are showing that they are expired even though the course duration in days is set to 9999. It appears that when I try to refresh the course, it just cycles and performs no action. I have updated what I could from my download at CodeCanyon but that download does not include the latest updates for all of your plugins. I looked at your downloads section and that does not include your latest versions either. I need help to resolve this soon as no one can take any courses on my site. Thanks.December 17, 2015 at 11:21 am #14356Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. Please make sure that your theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . Check for the js errors in your site : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors IF any then try deactivating the third party plugins . 2. Please resave the permalinks to postname from settings -> permalinks . Also check that you have enabled the activity streams ,extended profile from wp-admin > settings>buddypress . 2. You can download the theme form the themeforest . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/January 18, 2016 at 4:23 pm #19049MMMTrainingSpectatorI have followed the instruction above and still have the same issue. I cannot update my theme plugins as they are not available in my downloads where I purchased WPLMS in code canyon and do not know where I can get the updated plugins.January 19, 2016 at 10:57 am #19216Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ Please note that the plugin updates are free but for the theme update you need to refer the above tip . Also note here that if you plugins or theme is less than or equal to the version 1.9.4 then you would not get any updates . In that case you need to doenload the theme and upload it manually replacing the previous theme folder . Download the theme by using the themeforst account .All the plugins are present in the theme . You will find the plugins in wplms package -> wplms.zip -> wplms -> plugins folder .January 21, 2016 at 4:37 pm #19712MMMTrainingSpectatorHi Alex, I manually update my site. The download I receive from Themeforest continue to not have the latest plugin version not allowing me to update my plugins. I need to fix this as soon as possible.January 22, 2016 at 11:02 am #19835Anshuman SahuKeymasterOk then you will find the plugin of version 1.9.9 in your newly downloaded theme package . Plugin will be in the wplms pacakge -> wplms.zip file -> wplms folder -> plugin folder . YOu can replace all the plugin in your site via ftp with the new plugins . First delete a plugin folder from the wp-content/plugins folder then upload the new one from the wplms package and unzip it .
