Issues with chat plugin

Hello, I have two questions regarding the chat plugin:

1. When I click in the text field to write on firefox browser, it does not work. I am not able to write sth. On google chrome and internet explorer it works without any problems. Is there a way to fix this?
2. In the features is stated that these 2 things are included:

• – Course Chat – Course specific chats in the course area.
• – Personal Chats – Personal Chat by simply clicking on the user avatar.

How to access the Course specific chats in the course area? I was not able to find this in my courses. I imagine that it is possible to chat directly with the corresponding instructor of the course this way? When I click on the user avatar of someone, his provile opens, but not the personal chat. How to fix this?   Thank you for your answers.

Courses have a Chat option where users can chat with each other Enable Chat Tab in Profile page Chat in Course protected area. Chat in user Avatars   All those settings are enabled of course

@CoinYou, Thanks for reporting this bug. This is the fix given below. This will be fixed in our next update. Please paste this custom css in wp-admin > appearance > customize > custom css

.wplms_messagebox .chat_messagebox{min-height: 20px;}
