I was receiving support through the previous means and I was notified that the support was migrated here... I was already in a process because I am building my page with the Divi visual builder and the process to have my academy has been a bit complicated, I have many questions related to different topics,  but now i'm a bit lost how soppose to create a ticket?

yes that could be the issue the styles and scripts from the profile layout from divi might not be loading there in the profile view . 

Let us check this out , please share your site url and admin creds in a private reply.

Hi from app page you can create courses , select certificate templates in them,
