After following the step-by-step procedure for activating live chat in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDXemP5TfM8), the chat button at the corner of the page does not work with any user https://prnt.sc/12e6kqz . Clicking on it does not start the chat.
I have already logged in and re-logged in with all the users created still unchanged
How to do it please?

Checked with my own firebase credential but unable to save settings.
Please share your FTP details in private reply also make sure to check with deactivate the third party plugin that can cause this issue.

Sorry for the late reply, We are already checking your issue.
Already used my credential but the issue is still persisting.
Also, the Error looks like you have not used the updated firebase config.
You have to copy the updated firebase config and save it in vibebp>settings again.
