    Hi There I have been using touch points well for the time being. However, the following errors were found on touchpoints these days. After the themes and plug-in were updated, they started to fail. Previously there was situations for the buddy press template for the situation below, but now it is gone. https://prnt.sc/l1ooio
    1. Course review email
    2. unit's comments and reply email
    Admin and Students have not received an email right now because the above situations have disappeared.

    @jungdchinese, These situations will appear only when you have the respective email template.     Some of the situations in e-mail have disappeared these days. I've emailed the situations of badges, certificates, unit comments and replies, and reviews. So, consumers have received emails well. However, as the theme was updated, these situations disappeared. How can I recover from my situation? I tried the link method below normally. But I couldn't find the situation I was using. https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/migrate-all-the-wplms-emails-to-buddypress-again/ I am not using the situations I used as shown in the picture below.
