Anyway, i followed the articles. the first one does not tell me how to translate the areas i want. Althought i could translçate some words of another area.
Other words that should be translated there did not work. Such as the word points as you can see in the pictures.

Then i tryed to update my member profiles but as you can see in image instead of just one as he has in the video i have 4 so i don t know what is the right one.

I was able to follow the secound article until the part that i put the file on the filemanager of my host.

Tehn i tryed to create the language file in loko but it says there is already a PO file there."Erro: buddypress-pt_BR.po já existe nessa pasta"

It is also strange that the article asks me to dowload and rename a po and a mo file but do not ask me to put them on server.

i said that i bough and installed the 4 edition many times in this topic. The version was released on 24th October’20 i bought the theme after that. You said you were going to do the translated than simple ignored it.
Yes you are wasting my time and yours. Your first answer was to ask something you did not need, then you guessed wrong about the problem, then you went to the wrong website, then you could not understand and finally i asked to talk to someone else. Now you are again here wasting my time with this pointless answer when i asked to talk to someone else. I will have to wait 24 hours again because of this.
Yes please call someone else who will make the changes needed and also make sure i wont have this problems you are mentioning. Next time i am really giving you 1 star in all my acquisitions. I am tired, this is a simple translation issue.
Next person who comes here must review this topic, understand the areas that i asked to translate and review my last answer to veronica as well. Than tell me exactly what procedures to follow for the translation and where are all the string in loko translator.

you gave me several diferent answers for the same problem, and also said you would translate and did nothing. Since you were not being professional i asked to talk to someone else, and you are not respecting that either. I told you many times, i bought version 4 and am using version 4.
For how long will you be doing that? A week?

Please fix this misterious settings with the theme version that is somehow, as diana said, causing translation problems.
"According to your setup, you actually mixed up v4 and v3 settings and functionality and trust me later on you will face issues and this is my duty to inform you if I know about my product. There is no string in Loco Translate. But because you are on v4 and using v3 settings, You will not find any option to change it from LMS > Settings you can check your site"

Also there is a confusion here. You are using version 4 with version 3 layouts. So, is this intentional or you are not aware of this.
Example : version4 course layout built in elementor : https://demos.wplms.io/learningcenter/course/software-training-reloaded/
version3 layout : https://demos.wplms.io/demos/demo10/course/software-training/
If this is not intentional there are many mis-configuration which we have to fix here, which could be the reason you face so many issues with translations.
If you want we can fix this and re-configure the settings so that this is resolved asap.
With layouts built in elementor there is no need for translations, you create the course layout the way you want it in your language.
Version 3, some things are static while some are dynamic, for example : https://paste.pics/dc7affb4cf96a79894d7afaef4cfb3ac , is coming from WP admin -LMS- Settings - Course details ( which is removed from v4 but visible if you are using vibe-customtypes, here you can relabel these settings )
The version 3 was perfectly translatable in version 3 the areas that require translations are very less.
I opened all images without any issue. As i explained before, i bought the theme after version 4 was released. If there is any issue of parts of version 3 mixing with 4, i already asked many times in this topic to solve this, so please yes go ahead and do the changes so it may work. i installed your theme, folowing your setup wizard. The theme i bought was version 4 fully working.
I don t want to built anything in elementor, i am fine to choose between your pré designed layouts.
Please make all changes needed and don t take long, i have a schedule, my client needs this finished. I am for 1 month dealing with all sorts of problems and what i had here untill now was a awful thing that cant be called support.
Please share site link with WP admin details, here we'll get you setup asap.
