I am not sure why you can t acess in your computer and i can in all devices, but i am pretty sure during all other 4 weeks, in many many times someone of your team acessed the website, no one reported this problem. You said yourself 1 week ago that you were checking. How were you checking if you could not login?
So that is my idea. Stop giving me excuses and make me work because you things that are your fault. ask diana or veronica, how they got inside the website with no problems and try the same procedure.Go there, fix the bugs mentioned in this topic, and i will be finally after more than 1 month be able to start translating my website. If you be honest and do your job i won t need to warn other costumers not to buy with you. Does that seem reasonable?
I need to work, i have a schedule, everytime you come here is a new excuse. One day you are checking, the other is a problem with a version i never installed, then you are going to translate yourself, then you get the wrong website, then the problem is string, you gave me 3 diferent tutorials to follow, and after i did was pointless. I lost many many hours here to do this simple procedure. don t you feel embarassed to threat you client like this? You gave not less than 10 diferent reasons for the same problem, and said you would solve it many times before.

This is really unfortunate, that you feel we are making excuses. In almost every response we have given you proof of what issue we faced.
Also gave you option for remote desktop and that is the best we can do !
Please apply for a refund and find a better theme with better support as we've clearly failed your standards.
Diana did not reply she could not acess the site, she simple tryed the wrong website. You have very serious issues with reading things, or is always in a hurry and can t afford to read anything carefully. Yet, you are transfering the problem to me, asking me to get a refund, when you know i just finished my website and i will not get a refund for all my accounts that including sites that i am using for a long time.
So i will make it your way, and let you control my computer. Untill this point you have definetly failed my standarts. When my company makes something wrong, we are surely not leting our client waiting for 1 week to even answer, or read what happened as it was bullshit. I think this is the most basic standart for all companies.
