translate some of terms profile page and site lock page

Hello I try to translate some of terms but I could not find the translate file. 1-  I noted with red to terms at  attachments 'profile-translations.jpg' profile page below terms; DASHBOARD COURSES FORUMS BUDDYDRİVE MY ORDERS 2- site lock page terms; Login USERNAME Enter Username PASSWORD Enter Password Remember me Forgot password? 3- register page's term Sign me up for the newsletter Forgot password? link function does not work.... Finally, How to remove page title on site lock page right side?

Some strings like MY ORDERS is present in vibe customtypes plugin and the theme. Search the strings and you can easily translate it.
