Unable to add students to course

Hello, I get this message when try to add student to a course: "Unable to add students to course" This happens when I enter an username. If I enter an email it works. Is this a bug? Many thanks!

Try adding user slug and check if it is working. Go to user profile and refer this screenshot for user slug: http://prntscr.com/926mqy Let us know if this helps.

Hi, thank you for your reply. If I add user slug it works, the issue occurs when the username contains a dot character, in my case it was: ste.caretta. So, in slug it is ste-caretta. ;)

  Hi, is this function available in the current release of WPLMS? I tried, but it doesn't work. I ask this question because: 1. An instructor can't add an user to his course if he doesn't know email or username of the student, because in member profile he can see only the first name and not username or email of an user; 2. I tried to display username in single profile pages but couldn't fix this in Buddypress, it display only First Name.

The above mentioned feature will be available in the version 2.0 of wplms . Also you can ask your studets for the usernames or you can check the student's usernames from wp-admin -> users
