    I'm unable to sync the users in my courses with MailChimp. It just constantly maintains a half-full progress bar and never completes the process. It is creating the groups, but no users are being added to them.

    Hi.. Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your website and replicated the issue. I checked that you have a lots of users in your website and the issue here is that we fetch all the users in the website in 1 query which becomes very large and hence it breaks if there are 100s of users in the website. This is already a known issue and we'll change the query by breaking it down to reduce the load. Can you please share the ftp credentials also so that we check further debug and fix this in your website.
